Yakimix want s to wish you a Happy Birthday! Celebrate your Birthday with them 7 days before or after or during the exact date!

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Birthday celebrant can avail the promo 7 days before, 7 days after and on the exact date of his/her birthday.

2. Birthday celebrants may eat for (1) free buffet at any Yakimix Branches.

3. To avail the birthday promo. the celebrant MUST be accompanied by a minimum of 3 full paying adult rate without any discount/s. Rate is (1) Celebrant with (3) Regular rate to avail the promo.

4. Celebrant must complete fill out the information sheet.

5. Celebrant must bring an ORIGINAL and VALID government issued picture I.D. with the birth date imprinted on it, both local and foreign I.D’s, for proof such as:

S.S.S ID
N.B.I or Police Clearance ID
Driver’s License
Passport
Voter’s/Comelec ID
Barangay Clearance

-In case that the adult guest doesn't have government issued Picture I.D., he/she may bring his/her birth certificate supported by any picture I.D.(school I.D., parent’s I.D., company I.D.)

- In case that the child guest doesn't have a government issued picture I.D., he/she may bring his/her birth certificate supported by his/her parent’s I.D. or his/her own picture I.D.(school I.D)

6. Promo is not valid with any other existing promotion and Discounts.

7. Promo period is from January 1st, 2015 to December 31, 2015
